Frames, engines and major components come with a bill of sale from Pinwall Cycle Parts, Inc. Having the donor vehicle identification number from the vehicle the part came off of. For security reasons, the bill of sale will be mailed separately from the part. It is illegal to sell a dismantled vehicle frame with a title. In most states, the original vehicle identification number is replaced with a custom or assembled vehicle identification number and registered as an assembled built vehicle. Once your vehicle is assembled and inspected by your state it will no longer be registered as the year, make and model of the frame you are purchasing, but rather a custom built/assembled/special vehicle having the year in which your project was inspected by your state officials. This is generally how it works, but please check with your local state trooper inspection facility for clarification on their laws.
