BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PART AND/OR NOTICEABLE WEAR. 1HD1BXB161Y031185, ONE FENDER STRUT SLIGHTLY BENT. LEGALLY TITLING YOUR BIKE USING THIS FRAME: Since A DISMANTLED VEHICLE is no longer a vehicle according to law in any state. It is actually illegal IN EVERY STATE to offer a title with a frame. We sell frames legally with a bill of sale. Once a vehicle is dismantled down to the point that it is unrecognizable as the vehicle it was, i. E a frame, the laws state the title must be surrendered back to the state the vehicle was currently registered in. Once you build your vehicle with our frame, in most cases, you need to go through a state inspection process of your assembled vehicle, then they will give you paperwork to go to dmv to get your constructed title. In most states, the original vin number is replaced with a “custom built” or “assembled” vin number plate which is riveted on this frame by the state inspector. We have found your local “BMV or title office” IS NOT the place to speak to as we have found they do not understand the procedure. Your state inspection or state highway patrol is normally the proper authority to contact. This process is similar to if you fabricated your own frame with your own steel. We would be happy, upon request, to forward you a photo-copy of the title or any photocopy of any paperwork we may have along with the notarized bill of sale. This is a brief description of the part which could be in better or worse condition. This is the bike the part came off of. Additional notes: VIDEO TAKEN OF BIKE RUNNING, FRONT AND REAR LIGHTS, GAUGES AND SHIFT TEST. SHIFT TEST PERFORMED TO SHOW THAT TRANSMISSION IS WORKING. ELECTRICAL THAT IS WORKING: HEADLIGHT HIGH AND LOW BEAM, BOTH FRONT SIGNALS, REAR RIGHT SIGNAL, TAIL/BRAKE LIGHT AND HORN. CHARGING SYSTEM IS WORKING AND CHARGING AT 13.6 VOLTS.
